The Brief
Day's Jewelers in Salem required a comprehensive 150m² store renovation to modernize their retail space while honoring their long-standing reputation in the community. The challenge was to create a contemporary luxury experience without alienating loyal customers.
The Process
We conducted detailed site surveys and brand workshops before developing three concept directions. The selected design features an open floor plan with dedicated brand zones, custom LED-lit vitrines, and a private consultation suite. All fixtures were manufactured in our facility and installed during a phased renovation to minimize business disruption.
The Result
